Portwest KX342 knee pads are an element of protective equipment designed for workers performing tasks in a kneeling position, such as assembly, installation or finishing work. Their construction allows for stable placement in work trousers pockets, which translates into constant protection of the knees against mechanical injuries and pressure from the ground.
The product has been designed in a way that enables cooperation with dedicated work trousers, which ensures proper fit and stability during movement. The materials used and the profiling of the knee pads are intended to distribute the pressure force over a larger surface, which minimizes discomfort during prolonged work on hard surfaces.
This model meets the requirements of the EN 14404: 2004 + A1: 2010 Type 2 Level 0 standard, which confirms its effectiveness under specified conditions of use. The protective properties are guaranteed only when inserts are used in combination with the S156 model.
